As a Converter Markets Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities Manages, supports and builds relationships at key converters and OEM customers Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a current, valid driver's license AND Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and/or Three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR Highschool Diploma/ GED or ten (10) years of selling experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market center Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales Location: Indiana Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life

The expected compensation range for this position is $142,479 - $174,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
