As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for policyholdersanswering questions, guiding them through benefits, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
Build lasting client relationships after enrollment Explain policy benefits and guide clients through updates or claims Provide clear, easy-to-understand education on coverage Partner with team leaders to streamline onboarding and service Be the trusted go-to for client support needs What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote environment Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Customer service or insurance background is a plus (not required) Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada What You'll Get
