We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service and support our busy restaurant operations. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision Providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Assisting with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications include: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
