What You Will Do
Support two mobile home communities in Eureka and Fortuna by performing unit turns and work orders
Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs
Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change breakers/fuses, and complete similar electrical tasks
Pressure wash
Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails, and fencing
Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
Run errands to obtain maintenance supplies or equipment
Requirements
1+ year of property maintenance experience
Ability to respond to after‑hour emergencies
Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds
Basic computer knowledge
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Pay And Benefits
$17 - $22/hour DOE
Full‑time (40 hours a week)
