What You Will Do
Support two Mobile Home and RV Communities in the Portland area.
Groundskeeping and landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
Electrical: Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, fuses and breakers, and complete similar electrical tasks.
Complete basic maintenance tasks, including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing.
Clean homes to prepare for sale.
Requirements
1+ year of property maintenance experience
Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
Basic computer knowledge
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
$28-32/hour DOE
40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
