Responsibilities As a front‑line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Customer Advisors greet all customers positively, enthusiastically, and professionally while educating them on the variety of carwash and detail shop services we offer. This fast‑paced role requires multitasking with a sense of urgency to meet customer service expectations. Additional responsibilities include:
Transacting customer purchases
Maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Following all position‑specific procedures
Beginning training in the Delta Technician position to enhance product knowledge
Pay rates:
Delta Technician
$16.50 per hour. Upon certification as a
Customer Advisor , pay is $16.50 per hour plus commission.
Requirements
Entry‑level Delta Technician pay rate: $16.50 per hour.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
A competitive drive with a desire to rank among the top advisors in the company.
Unwavering honesty and integrity.
Cordial and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales preferred.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor, and extreme temperatures.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Willingness to adapt easily to changes as products, services, or promotions update frequently.
Ability to stand in an assigned work location, walk, and bend for long periods.
Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Effective June 1, 2024: seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year‑round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment.
