AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Responsibilities
Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, enjoying a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates and foster teamwork.
Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.
Essential Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
