We need an experienced loan officer with real skills:
Responsibilities Your mission is to be the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting new loan officers when applications hit. Specifically, you will:
Provide expert guidance on loan structuring and portfolio management.
Train and coach the six new loan officers added over the last 30 days.
Maintain a relentless work ethic and lead by example.
Support the team’s pipelines, lead generation, and client relationships.
Help build and maintain a high‑performing team.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with traditional, government, and non‑QM loans.
Proficiency in DU/LP and deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie‑mac.
Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
Winning, growth‑oriented attitude and willingness to hustle.
Excellent training and mentorship skills.
Fluent in the industry’s processes and best practices.
