JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for customer service reps with strong personality and people skills. If you’re seeking growth, Domino’s provides many opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS

Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).

Make correct monetary change.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordinate eye‑hand movements for precise tasks.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS Exposure to:

Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in work areas.

Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing:

Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Pay range: $16.66 to $22.00 per hour.

Healthcare after 90 days (must work 30 hours).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing:

Most tasks are performed while standing. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Walking:

For short distances and durations.

Sitting:

Paperwork is typically completed at a desk or table.

Lifting:

Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds. Cases stacked up to 72" high.

Carrying:

Items such as large cans (3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lb).

Pushing:

Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lb of force.

Climbing:

Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.

Stooping / Bending:

Forward bending at the waist at the assembly station and front counter.

Crouching / Squatting:

Occasional low‑area cleaning.

Reaching:

Frequent reach above 72", down, and forward for various tasks.

Hand Tasks:

Continuous eye‑hand coordination; frequent use of forearms, wrists, and hands.
