Responsibilities

Business Development and Customer Relations: Strategize and implement outside sales activities, generating leads through prospecting, visits to communities, realtor offices, and relevant locations; conduct “First Time Homebuyer Seminars” and participate in builder and realtor functions.

Customer‑Centric Approach: Offer tailored mortgage solutions, review and lock interest rates at least fifteen days prior to closing, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Lead Management and Communication: Review leads daily, proactively outreach via telephone and email, and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Loan Origination and Advisory: Originate and prepare new loans rigorously, adhering to federal, state, and company regulations; recommend suitable mortgage products.

Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting: Assist New Home Consultants with pre‑qualifications, support pipeline development, meet or exceed loan capture targets, and maintain detailed reports in the origination system.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Four‑year college degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of loan originating experience.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

NMLS license and specific state license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Fluent in Spanish – speaking and writing (preferred).

Self‑starter able to work independently.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in mortgage industry software and tools.

Physical & Site Presence Requirements

Regular in‑person attendance at communities, job sites, and offices during normal hours.

Ability to work over eight hours per day in construction trailer environments; operate a motor vehicle; read plans; climb stairs and ladders; bend, stoop, reach, lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 pounds.

Occasional operation of construction equipment; finger dexterity for computer use may be required.

Compensation & Benefits
