We need an Experienced Loan Officer with real skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the go‑to expert for structuring loan applications when they hit the system.
Teach and mentor the six new Loan Officers added in the last 30 days.
Build and maintain effective pipelines for lead generation.
Coach team members and provide ongoing support to accelerate their performance.
Help structure and refine file organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support the remote team in a demanding work environment, often beyond standard hours.
Qualifications
Experience as a processor is an advantage but not required.
Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
Fluency in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Strong leadership skills and a winning attitude.
Relentless work ethic and willingness to hustle hard.
Ability to teach file structuring and lead by example.
Remote position.
