Master of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans.
Fluent in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie.
Winning attitude; no acceptance of losers.
Experience building and leading a team—leadership skills.
Relentless work ethic; hustle HARD.
Ability to teach file structuring; educate like a boss.
Responsibilities
When an application arrives, serve as the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the 6 new Loan Officers hired in the last 30 days.
Work closely with the back‑end team to build and lead a high‑performance unit.
Participate in pipeline development, lead acquisition, relationship building, and coaching.
