Depend on Experience Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm Term: Temp to hire What's a typical day as an Administrative / Marketing Coordinator? You'll be: 1. Financial & Office Administration (QuickBooks) Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable using QuickBooks. Process customer invoices, record payments, and reconcile monthly bank statements. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace is professional and prepared. 2. Client Interaction & Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person. Identify client needs and provide solutions with a friendly, professional demeanor. Manage the master calendar and schedule service appointments or consultations. Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews/referrals. 3. Marketing & Brand Growth Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Create digital and print marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, brochures) using tools like Canva. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns to keep our client base informed of promotions. Update basic website content and monitor online reputation/reviews. Track the success of different lead sources to help optimize our marketing budget. Qualifications & Skills: QuickBooks Proficiency:
Minimum of [1-2] years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online). Customer Service Excellence:
Strong interpersonal skills with a "client-first" mentality. Marketing Flair:
Experience with social media management and basic graphic design (Canva experience preferred). Tech-Savvy:
