What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support state and local court customers in maximizing the use of AI products and mitigating risk
Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs and demonstrating the value of AI solutions
Troubleshoot product issues and assist customers in changing workflows to incorporate AI products
Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth
Maintain in-depth knowledge of AI products and relevant industry trends while logging customer interactions accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience, preferably with state and local courts or government customers
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the legal technology industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships
Experience with remote training technology, including MS Teams and WebEx
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with AI‑Assisted Research products
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and presentations to court personnel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate guidance
Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
