Job Overview: As a Field Installation Merchandiser Floater, you’ll collaborate with local store teams on new store installations, resets/remodels, and seasonal installations. You will support local store teams by optimizing product placement and maintaining inventory, while showcasing Hallmark’s brand. You’ll receive a schedule in advance for the accounts you will service, and the job includes removing product, dismantling and building fixtures, and placing products on display.

Salary and Schedule Details:

Your starting hourly pay rate will be between $12.50–$14.50 depending on your skills and experience.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours are between 5–10 hours per week.

Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Installation day engagement: you will be responsible for assigned reset/installation activity, including removing product, dismantling fixtures, building fixtures, and displaying products. Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and provide feedback. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees and customers is vital.

Holiday support: during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you may be required to work on the holiday itself and extended hours during the work week.

One Team Vision: you are part of a network of merchandisers who support each other as needed in their territories.

Additional requirements: you must live in the geographic area covering Georgetown, Pflugerville, Marble Falls, Cedar Park, Leander, and be available to travel within the area.

Physical Demands: You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the day and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You can read, write, and understand English.

You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

You are able to operate a digital hand‑held device.

You have access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.

You have reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
