Your starting pay will be between
$16.60 - $18.60
depending on your skills and experience. Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours for this position are between
15 - 20 hours per week . Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is
required . Your Role & Responsibilities
Installation Day Engagement:
You will be responsible for assigned reset/installation activity for the account, which could include removing product and trash, dismantling fixtures, building fixtures, and displaying products. You will utilize a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor, provide feedback, answer surveys, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Holiday Support:
You may be required to work on holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, including extended hours during the work week. One Team Vision:
You are part of a network of merchandisers who support one another as needed in their territories. Additional Requirements
This role covers the geographical area of: Chicago to Elmwood Park to Lincolnwood to Oak Park. You must live within this area and be available to travel to work within the area. This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to
30 pounds
frequently and up to
50 pounds
occasionally. You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday, and you may be required to climb stairs and step ladders. Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and understand English. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device (e.g., smartphone) to read documents and interpret information. Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
