Hallmark Field Installation Merchandiser Floater (part‑time) – Chicago, IL 60608
Hourly rate: $16.60 – $18.60, variable schedule, 15–20 hours per week. Part‑time position with annual pay increases.
Job Overview As a Field Installation Merchandiser Floater, you collaborate with local store teams to install, reset and remodel Hallmark product displays across grocery, drug, department and mass retailers. You work independently and with an on‑site Installation Supervisor to set up fixtures, place products, manage inventory, and maintain retailer relationships.
Responsibilities
Perform installation and reset activities: remove product, dismantle and assemble fixtures, place products on display; may include evening or weekend hours.
Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor, submit feedback, monitor inventory, and answer surveys.
Provide professional, courteous interaction with store employees, management and customers.
Support holiday demand: work additional days and extended hours leading up to, during and after major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Assist teammates as needed within geographic area (Chicago to Elmwood Park to Lincolnwood to Oak Park).
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old, able to read, write and understand English.
Can lift and carry up to 30 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally; able to kneel, squat, climb stairs and use a step ladder.
Operates digital handheld device for documents and information.
Access to Wi‑Fi, reliable transportation, and residence within service area.
