Job Description Bell Attendant (Job Number: HOT0C5Z6)

Work Locations Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island Marjan Island Boulevard, Marjan Island Ras Al Khaimah (TBD)

Responsibilities As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will:

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations

Retrieve and transport guest luggage

Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines

Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment

Qualifications Bell Attendants serving Hilton Brand hotels should:

Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Be able to work flexible hours

Handle work under pressure

Work independently and as part of a team

Commit to responding to guest requests and delivering high levels of service

Maintain excellent grooming standards

It would be advantageous to have:

Previous experience as a bell person

Previous experience working within a hotel
