As a Bell Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and creating positive first impressions. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Facilitate effective communication between guests, staff, and Tour Escorts to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and organize room lists for arriving and departing groups to streamline the check-in and check-out processes. Operate bell carts efficiently and safely to transport guest luggage. Escort guests to their rooms, providing necessary information about hotel amenities and services. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Assist guests with concierge services, including booking shows, tours, and flights. Facilitate car rental arrangements for guests as requested. Maintain the bell stand and luggage storage area in an organized and presentable manner. Collaborate with the Security team to report any suspicious luggage or activities, adhering to established safety protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a bellman in a Hotel/Casino environment is preferred, but not mandatory. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, as the position requires being on one's feet for approximately 90% of the shift. Excellent professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in operating bell carts and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Demonstrated capacity for speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Adherence to grooming standards and uniform requirements. Gaming certifications and licenses are beneficial; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held.
