Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser. The role requires independent work, strong organization, and building retailer relationships. You will support local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and handle seasonal resets and installations.
Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser you’ll:
Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in a variety of retail stores.
Collaborate with store staff, manage inventory, and provide feedback through Hallmark’s technology platform.
Support holiday demand, working additional days and extended hours around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Participate in deployments, fixture installations, and floor resets—often with notice two weeks in advance.
Work as part of a network of merchandisers to support one another when needed.
Salary and Schedule
Hourly pay: $13.75–$15.75 (dependent on experience).
Annual pay increases for eligible employees.
Part‑time position; variable schedule during the week.
Average 9–12 hours per week.
Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
Required to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and possibly climb stairs or ladders.
Requires high energy and urgency while on the sales floor and in backstock.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Read, write, and understand English.
Operate a digital handheld device (open and read documents, interpret data).
Internet access via Wi‑Fi.
Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
