What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Banquet Manager to join our Food and Beverage Team and oversee all aspects of banquet operations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead our banquet team, ensuring seamless execution of events, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to brand service standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all banquet/group sales events from pre‑planning to setup, breakdown, and post evaluation, ensuring seamless execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for banquet clients during events and resolve concerns promptly and efficiently.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service and experience delivery.

Oversee food presentation and safety protocols in line with health regulations and company policies.

Control inventory levels for banquet supplies and equipment to optimize costs and reduce waste.

Utilize POS systems for processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy.

Monitor shift operations, resolve guest concerns promptly, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences.

Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet client specifications while maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all events are seamlessly executed with attention to detail.

Collaborate with other hotel departments as pertinent to all banquet activities.

Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and implementing cost‑effective practices without compromising service quality.

What We Are Looking For

At least two years of direct hotel food and beverage leadership experience – banquet experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.

Experience managing shift schedules, coaching, and developing team members.

Knowledge of food production techniques suitable for fine dining, casual dining, or catering environments.

Familiarity with bar operations or beverage service is a plus for comprehensive event management.

Compensation $75,000 – $85,000
