Job Overview

Salary and Schedule Details
Starting pay: $14.25 to $15.00, depending on experience.
Eligible for annual pay increases.
Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
Average weekly hours: 7–8.
Availability required the week before/after major holidays (including weekends).
Your Role and Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory in various store departments using a mobile device; communicate with supervisors, provide feedback, and complete required reporting.
Holiday support: expect extra days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on the holiday itself.
Department resets: assist with installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark product displays; typically notified two weeks in advance.
Team support: participate in a network of merchandisers to support one another as needed.
Physical Requirements Must be physically active: lift and carry up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand; may climb stairs or ladders.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Operates a digital handheld device.
Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity.
Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
