American Girl Hair Salon Stylist (Licensed Cosmetologist/Full-Time)
Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $21.15/hr
Responsibilities
Provide girl and doll salon services ensuring a high‑level experience for American Girl customers.
Perform a broad range of hair styles on clients of varying lengths, types, and textures.
Answer guest questions, provide general customer assistance, style hair per company standards, resolve customer issues, conduct inventory of salon supplies, stock the area, clean, sanitize, maintain the workspace, and communicate needs to management.
Perform ear‑piercing services following the ear‑piercing procedure checklist, complete waivers, and review after‑care procedures with guests.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license for hair and nails in the state of practice.
Experience in styling hair in a variety of styles and performing nail services.
High energy and experience in a fast‑paced service environment with a passion for quality.
Willingness to perform girl ear‑piercing services.
Organizational skills, inventory management, and professional relationship skills required.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience working with children preferred.
