Position Summary
As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all production aspects of remodeling projects. You will lead a team of carpenters, apprentices, and laborers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards within budget and timeline. This role requires strong carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and designers to execute carpentry work according to blueprints and timelines. Materials Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manage material inventory, and monitor costs for efficiency. Quality Control: Inspect completed work for compliance with standards, address deficiencies, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through regular meetings, inspections, and training. Job Responsibilities
Execute and excel in performance metrics per TraVek Remodeling & Roofing’s Magnitude of Impact scale, including weekly billings, schedules, and job completion standards.
