Our team is built on integrity, excellence, and relationships—with clients, colleagues, and the community. We take pride in our work and in the way we work together. The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who brings both skill and leadership to the job site. Follow up with the Project Manager regarding client updates and concerns. Team Leadership: Mentor junior carpenters and laborers. Foster a respectful and productive team environment. Collaborate with other departments to support smooth project execution. Small Business Flexibility: Assist with material pickups, job site documentation, and team meetings. Be ready to pitch in wherever needed. Uphold Halco’s standards of professionalism and accountability. What You Bring
