Pay:
$17 per hour

Qualifications
18+ years old
Understanding of cooking methods and procedures
Excellent knife-handling skills
Ability to carry 40+ lbs
Willing to work weekends
Ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to comply with sanitation, health, and hygiene standards
Ability to follow instructions enthusiastically and thoroughly
Preferred
Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant
Previous experience as a prep cook
Responsibilities In this role you will perform two main duties:
Dishwasher: wash and load dishes efficiently.
Prep Cook: measure ingredients, wash/chop vegetables, prepare meats, label and store ingredients, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the prep area.
Weekend work is required.
