Responsibilities
Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our marketing team.
Perform concierge duties such as educating guests about available services, answering the phones, promotional material.
Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions while working closely with our resort operations team.
Qualifications
At least six months of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Experience
6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry or hospitality industry
Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations
