Ground Works Land Design is seeking a dependable and experienced Concrete Crew Member to join our projects division. This role will work under the direction of the Concrete Foreman, supporting the setup, placement, and finishing of flatwork and structural concrete on high-end residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include setting forms, preparing subgrades, assisting with concrete placement, and ensuring jobsite cleanliness and readiness. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, field experience in concrete or general construction, and takes pride in contributing to well‑built, long‑lasting spaces. Starting Pay Range:
$19.00 - $27.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
Pouring and finishing of flat work, footings and wall work
Mix and pour concrete
Setting forms and tying rebar
Address customer concerns as they arise and communication with clients upon completion of work
Proficiently operate a variety of construction equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment
Complete all production related digital timesheets
Positively promote company culture
Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
Qualifications/Requirements:
1 or more years' experience in concrete industry or construction
Experience with excavation, grading and demo work
Stamped concrete experience not required, but preferred
Knowledgeable with the operation of various power tools and finishing tools
Able to stand, crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
Able to work successfully with limited supervision
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Able to lift more than 100 lbs.
