Property Attendant
WoodSpring Suites in Baton Rouge, LA – Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc.
Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Property Attendant who is a committed team player flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities including but not limited to general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties
Maintenance: Manage work orders, conduct preventative maintenance (e.g., carpeting, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work), janitorial duties, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
Inventory: Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders as needed.
Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeepers – remove linens, discard trash, move furniture, and review maintenance needs.
Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasional ladders.
Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
