A technology services provider is seeking a Connected Device Support & Reconciliation Support Technician to provide remote assistance to Veterans needing help with their telehealth devices. This role includes inbound and outbound call support, device setup and troubleshooting, and thorough documentation of all interactions. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about customer service, familiar with technology, and possess strong communication skills.
