JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Office of the Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Teaching is seeking graduate student applicants for a part‑time job of Exam Proctoring for Spring 2026. This position is an hourly wage payroll position. Content knowledge related to individual courses is not required, and a resume is not necessary with the application. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until all positions are filled. Graduate program and/or P.I. approval will be requested. Job duties to include: Monitoring students during scheduled make‑up exams, ensuring adherence to Penn State exam procedures and policies. Support evening exam operations within designated proctored testing rooms. Collect, transport, and return exams and quizzes to and from testing locations. Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: Must be a current graduate student at Penn State. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional and fair testing environment. COMPENSATION
The starting rate for this job is $15 an hour at roughly 2 to 3 hours a week. BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
