Service Plumber

Job Description Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company based in Indiana, is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diverse building plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication. Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose diverse building plumbing issues Obtain and install replacement parts as needed Calibrate plumbing systems to manufacturer’s specifications Communicate diagnoses and solutions clearly to customers Electronically process credit card payments, work orders, and before/after photos Job Requirements 5-7 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred Indiana Plumbing License preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass drug and background screenings Possess reasonable trade-specific tools Physical ability to climb ladders and rooftops Availability for 40 hours per week plus overtime (OT) Benefits 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health insurance and health savings account Dental and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Employee assistance program Referral program Retirement plan Commission pay Signing bonus of up to $2,500 Job Type: Expected hours: 40 per week.
