Base pay range $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Speed Global Services is avidly seeking to add a Mechanic & Shop Helper to our growing team in Buffalo, NY!! As a Mechanic's Helper one would be responsible for assisting with shop and inventory needs.
Responsibilities
Assist mechanics in performing maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
Document maintenance and repairs as required.
Detail and wash equipment as required.
Maintain and organize inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
Inspect tools and equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
Regularly clean shop facility to ensure a safe work environment.
General labor duties such as cleaning, painting, and repair work for facilities as needed.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.
Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Position Requirements
1+ years of mechanic experience preferred
Vocational or Technical Degree in Vehicle Maintenance is preferred
Driver's License is a required.
