Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Attorney Practice Coordinator

to provide high‑level administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast‑paced legal environment.

This is a

hybrid position

based in

Austin, Texas , with a schedule of

three days in‑office and two days remote .

Key Responsibilities:

\

Coordinate attorney support across internal teams, including calendar and billing functions.

Prepare and submit accurate documentation and instructions for case‑related tasks.

Monitor and verify court and agency deadlines; proactively alert attorneys.

Create and update case matters in document management systems.

Draft and finalize legal documents, including

Tables of Contents (TOCs)

and

Tables of Authorities (TOAs) .

Manage e‑filing processes with courts and administrative agencies.

Maintain organized filing in electronic systems and ensure compliance with procedural rules.

Assist with new client matter setup and maintain attorney contact lists.

Prepare daily task logs and, when needed, review and revise client pre‑bills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience

in a professional legal setting.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Advanced knowledge of court rules, e‑filing procedures, and legal terminology.

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems.

Experience with tools such as Best Authority and BigHand for legal document preparation.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred .

Prior experience supporting attorneys in a

defense‑focused law firm

is highly desirable.

Salary Range:

$78,000 – $102,000 annually, plus

annual discretionary bonus

(typically 3–5% based on performance).
