Job Summary We are seeking a

skilled

Press Brake Operator to join our team. Only those with press brake experience should apply. Unfortunately, we are not able to do on the job training in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for setup, operating and maintaining various types of press machines to produce high‑quality products. The ideal candidate should have experience in the setup and operation of press brake machines, and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. This is not an entry level role. Previous experience with a Cincinnati Press Brake machine is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate press machines to produce high‑quality products.

Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly.

Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.

Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.

Check height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision‑measuring instruments.

Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation.

Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in operating press brake machines with setup experience.

Strong mathematical skills; ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Opportunity for extended hours during the week and occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Compensation Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour. Job Type: Full‑time.
