Immigration Paralegal (Immigration Court experience)

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced immigration paralegal to join our growing team — with experience and knowledge on EOIR matters.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file EOIR documents including Form EOIR-42A/42B, I-589, I-485, motions, and evidence packets.
Manage EOIR court deadlines and maintain case calendars.
Draft declarations, exhibit lists, and indexes of evidence.
Track and update clients on court hearings, ROPs, and biometrics.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing country conditions and exhibits.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, many of whom have experienced trauma.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files using Clio and Docketwise.
Coordinate interpreter scheduling, filings with court, and mailings.
Requirements
2-3 years minimum of immigration paralegal experience with a strong focus on removal defense / EOIR cases
Proficiency with USCIS and EOIR forms and procedures
Strong writing skills (cover letters, declarations, and motions)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Experience using legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, Docketwise) a plus
Pay is based on experience and knowledge including using softwares such as Clio and Docketwise.
Position hours
Full-time 9am-5pm
Monday – Friday

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
