The
Real Estate Paralegal
will work with the firm's attorneys in real estate transactions, land use development, and other matters.
Job Description Assist attorneys in producing documents and correspondence, including formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics via correspondence and/or e‑mail; initiating telecommunications; organizing client meetings or conference calls; scheduling couriers, meetings, and the preparation of documents.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in a law firm performing similar work.
Dependable, professional, and dependable with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency required — MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Adobe, and Centerbase.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
