Review drawings, specifications, and project documents. Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Assist with bid preparation, proposals, and value-engineering options. Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information. Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams. 3 -15 years of experience in construction estimating or related field. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar). Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. What's on Offer
