Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate bid packages. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during preconstruction. Manage value engineering and risk analysis to optimize project budgets. Maintain historical cost data and update estimating tools for continuous improvement.
