Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals Develop quantity take-offs and pricing for all scopes of work Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams to refine budgets Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Maintain accurate historical cost data and market pricing trends Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements Participate in bid reviews and presentations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Excellent analytical and organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids Strong communication and negotiation abilities What's on Offer
