Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and institutional projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate bid packages. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during preconstruction. Manage value engineering and risk analysis to optimize project budgets. Maintain historical cost data and update estimating tools for continuous improvement. A successful Estimator / Senior Estimator should have: A strong background in construction cost estimation within the property industry. Proficiency in using estimating software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
