Estimate projects from late fall to early spring, then project manage in the peak of the construction season. Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines. Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial goals are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep projects on schedule. Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and verify progress. Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
