Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our efforts in Walmart Sleepwear and Loungewear across all demographics, including Mens, Womens, Kids, and Toddlers. This is a pivotal role that requires an individual who not only understands the intricacies of the retail landscape but also possesses a deep knowledge of the Walmart ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have
at least 3 to 5 years of Walmart selling experience
specifically within the Sleepwear and Loungewear categories. This experience is crucial as it will enable you to navigate the complexities of Walmart's buying processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to drive sales growth, manage product assortments effectively, and develop strategies that align with Walmart's objectives.
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and are positioned effectively in-store and online. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and promotional activities.
Salary:
$150k to $200k based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
