Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number), or ability to obtain before tax season. 2+ years of tax preparation experience preferred. CPA, EA, or CTP certification. Proficiency in tax software (e.g., TurboTax, Drake, ATX). Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable internet connection and computer equipment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with virtual tax preparation platforms. Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Experience with QuickBooks or Xero. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
