Responsibilities
Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
Prepare new and used vehicles for customers, display, and service
Fuel and wash available inventory
Maintain lot cleanliness, remove garbage, weeds, dirt, etc.
Clean and upkeep showroom and vehicles
Organize and move vehicles per dealership standards
Photograph inventory for the website
Handle vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and dealer trades
Ensure vehicles are locked at closing and properly stocked with keys and stickers
Drive vehicles safely for customers and for dealership needs
Perform snow and ice removal and general maintenance and safety
Operate tools and equipment safely
Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
Must be at least 18 years old
Mature, disciplined personality
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
