Responsibilities

Provide coaching and active participation with the sales team to enhance closing techniques

Manage all showroom activities to ensure smooth operation and high performance from a large sales team

Engage with customers directly to assess needs, discuss vehicle options, and support sales staff in finalizing deals

Conduct the hiring, motivation, and performance monitoring of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales employees

Conduct daily and weekly meetings focused on sales and continuous sales training

Mentor both new and seasoned sales representatives in best practices to boost performance and sales effectiveness

Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of sales staff

Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional event’s

Implement and maintain a CRM system to guarantee follow-up on all potential buyers, ensure timely responses to customers

Set up delivery protocols, ensuring customers are introduced to the service department and scheduled for their initial service appointment

Forecast monthly and annual goals for sales volume, gross profit, and key expenses

Attend meetings as requested

Qualifications

Extensive experience in auto sales and sales management

Proven ability to close deals effectively

Strong commitment to ethics and values

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license

Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
