Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst who will solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. You will be responsible for US GAAP accounting for income tax, indirect taxes, tax planning, special projects, and oversight of tax compliance across EMEA. Senior Tax Analyst will act as the subject matter expert of tax in EMEA. You will report formally to EMEA Tax Director and strong dotted line to Regional Corporate Controller (RCC) EMEA – Warsaw. You will collaborate with EMEA Tax Director, Regional Corporate Controller EMEA, RCCs responsible for individual countries within EMEA, EY Tax, external auditors and local business leaders to ensure they have appropriate visibility of country’s tax environment. Responsibilities

Manage Diebold's EMEA Region corporate income tax accounting for financial statement purposes as provided for under US GAAP FAS109 (ASC 740) Review income tax returns, global view packages and transfer pricing deliverables, and if tax account entries are required, work with RCC EMEA to ensure entries are made correctly and timely Support the maintenance of deferred tax schedules, FIN48 (ASC 740) analysis, financial reporting footnote disclosures and return to provision reconciliations Provide income tax accounting advice and tax consulting to business units operating within the EMEA Region Provide training in tax package preparation and reconciliation of tax accounts to local teams Responsible for coordinating efforts to gather and provide income tax calculations and indirect tax reconciliations to auditors Identify opportunities for increased tax incentives for Diebold operations and work with management to secure beneficial results Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted EMEA Region tax legislation and communicate relevant issues to management and business units Review and approve tax installment payment calculations and cash tax forecasting and reporting Assist with issues that arise during in-country preparation of corporate income tax compliance Oversee tax audits, exam and notice responses and ensure good working relationships with relevant tax authorities across all countries Cooperate with EY and RCC EMEA to ensure tax filing requirements are identified and completed timely Assist with or initiate escalations as requested or required and involve EMEA Tax Director as needed Serve as main point of contact to internal and external stakeholders for business developments, tax audits and other tax matters Required Qualifications

EMEA related tax experience with a broad knowledge of tax accounting requirements, tax legislation rules and regulations Proficiency with tax provision software and MS Excel Broad tax experience including income and indirect tax Ability to research and document tax planning projects such as transfer pricing, royalties, interest expense, treatment of mergers and acquisitions and favorable tax structures Excellent communication skills in English to represent, resolve and cooperate with multiple functions Confidence with managing multiple complex projects with flexible and adaptable approach Ability to take impactful decisions with minimal guidance Competency to work independently to achieve overall company business objectives Preferred Qualification

Public accounting background preferred (or previous “Big 4” public accounting firm experience) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) Understanding of US GAAP We offer
