About the Role of Route Sales Representative
We are seeking a Japanese and English Bilingual Route Sales Representative to manage client relationships in the New Jersey and New York area. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship management, product delivery, and merchandising. As this position will be managed independently, we are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, organized, and confident in time management!
Key Responsibilities for Route Sales Representative
Provide product delivery support to existing retail clients
Introduce new products and support merchandising activities
Arrange product displays and shelf organization
Support assigned stores and build strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and logistics
Maintain effective communication with stores and internal teams
Qualifications for Route Sales Representative
Proficiency in Japanese and English
Valid U.S. driver's license (It’s a plus if you enjoy driving!)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently
Work Location for Route Sales Representative Covering areas including New Jersey and Manhattan, NY.
Initial one and a half month training will be conducted at our headquarters in Irwindale, CA. (Accommodation subsidy available)
Work Schedule for Route Sales Representative
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation for Route Sales Representative
Starting: $25–$28/hour (during probation)
After probation: $60,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
Benefits will be available after a 3-month probation.
