What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service during inbound sales calls
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions
Utilize Microsoft Windows applications for customer interactions
Support the growth of the company through active participation in a collaborative environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfort with using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a remote sales or customer service role
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or customer service metrics
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
Flexibility to work some weekends as needed
Familiarity with self-storage industry practices
