Company Background
Bond Events is a mission-driven, experience-focused events agency headquartered in Washington, DC. We design and produce high-impact events for national organizations, advocacy groups, and corporate clients. As our current social media partner concluded its engagement at year-end, Bond Events seeks a new agency to elevate our digital presence, strengthen our brand voice, and strategically expand our audience.
Bond Events seeks a creative, reliable, data-driven partner capable of:
Strengthening brand identity and visual cohesion across platforms.
Increasing engagement, reach, and qualified leads from social media.
Translating Bond’s event work into polished, high-quality storytelling.
Providing strategic guidance grounded in industry best practices.
Supporting long-form content through quarterly newsletters.
Job is REMOTE - BUT personnel is required to capture content in the Washington DC region with occasional paid travel required for larger event coverage.
SCOPE OF WORK A. Monthly Social Media Management & Content Creation (Instagram as primary platform; expansion optional.) Content Production
2–3 Instagram feed posts per week.
1–2 Instagram Story sets per week.
2–3 Reels per month.
Onsite event coverage for up to 2 events per month.
One monthly content-capture visit (3 hours).
Content Management & Planning
Monthly content calendar.
Caption writing in brand voice.
Coordination of content shoots.
Engagement monitoring.
Strategic recommendations & Paid strategy.
Communication & Workflow
Weekly communication via WhatsApp or similar.
Shared media folders.
Quarterly strategy call.
B. Quarterly Newsletter Content Support
Draft four newsletters per year (350–600 words).
Recommend editorial themes.
Translate social/event content into long-form writing.
Provide layout guidance.
One revision cycle included.
3. LinkedIn Support
Assistance posting Instagram content and case studies to Linked In account.
Oversee LinkedIn strategy.

TikTok content creation.
Additional photography/video.
Additional event coverage.
